We want you to be completely obsessed with your Naked Wardrobe pieces, but if something isn't right, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all items are free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the purchase amount to your email address within 5-7 business days.
